At Heart of Georgia Mega Site, companies have access to efficient, quality utilities for high performance. Our utility providers deliver the resources your business needs for success.

Water – City of Dublin

Heart of Georgia Mega Site has two potential solutions for water service. The onsite solution provides one million gallons per day by two deep wells and elevated tank with a 12-inch water main loop. The offsite solution includes redundancy with 3.2 million gallons per day allocated capacity and excess available capacity of 3.8 million gallons per day.

Wastewater – City of Dublin

The proposed wastewater availability is served by the City of Dublin’s existing wastewater facility. The allocated capacity of 2.8 million gallons per day plus excess capacity of 3.2 million gallons per day available, along with a 16-inch force main extension, accommodates high usage.

Electricity – Georgia Power and Altamaha EMC

Two providers provide electric service to Heart of Georgia Mega Site: Georgia Power, the state’s largest electricity provider, and Altamaha Electric Membership Corporation. There are two transmission lines, 45kV and 115kV. In addition to significant capacity, Georgia Power has the ability to provide redundant service to companies located in the Park that cannot risk outages. Heart of Georgia Mega Site has designated onsite areas for electric substations, which can be located within a parcel for the independent use of an end-user.

Natural Gas – City of Dublin

An eight-inch, 150-psi, high-pressure steel gas main to the City of Dublin is capable of delivering 240,000 cubic feet of natural gas each month.

Telecommunications – AT&T

An AT&T fiber line is conveniently located in the Georgia Power right of-way in the Park. There is also an option for a six-count fiber optic line extension to the City of Dublin.
